Announcements:

• EVALUATIONS: We have x2 tryout opportunities left (9/15, 9/22) prior to team selection which will be released the week leading up to our first team practice on 9/29.

• GROUP/TIME ASSIGNMENTS: Please see your time assignments for this Sunday 9/15 listed below! Note that it may be a different time block than last weekend. You will receive a bib # and field assignment upon arrival at the check in table.

• WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear an NEE reversible pinnie each week if you have one. If not then any pinnie will do until the NEE store is open!

• ADDRESS: 1400 Lowell Road, Concord, Massachusetts 01742 *Enter through the NORTH ENTRANCE (SECOND ENTRANCE)

• PARKING: NO PARKED CARS OR DROP OFFS ALLOWED ON THE TOP OF THE HILL AT THE TURF!! All athletes/parents MUST park in the parking lot behind the athletic facility (enter through the North Entrance) and then take the walk up the hill to get to the turf fields. *The walk to the fields is approximately 5-10mins, please plan accordingly and arrive with enough time to check in prior to your start time. IF THE ATHLETIC PARKING LOT IS FULL PLEASE PARK IN HIGGINSON FIELD LOT.

• ATTENDANCE POLICY: It is mandatory to give us notice via email of at least 48 hours in advance if you know that you will be absent from a session. The sooner you can let us know the better, this is a huge help when it comes to organizing the sessions.

• GROUP COMMUNICATION/SOCIAL MEDIA: Reminder that every Thursday night at 8pm everyone needs to check the website for group, field, and time assignments. EVERYONE must also follow one of our social media outlets: Facebook “North East Elite Field Hockey” or IG @NEEfieldhockey. Whenever we may need to cancel a session due to inclement weather, we will post on social media 1.5 hours before the first session of the day/night. If you do not see anything on social media, ALWAYS assume practice is ON.
